The Food History Project is celebrating the first anniversary at the new Italian Market in Tin City, owned by Brian and Stephanie Terrizzi of Giornata Wines. We will watch a demonstration of homemade pasta making which is sold fresh daily. Local artisans, including pastry chef Gina Dusi, will provide samples from salami to chocolate to compliment the Giornata Italian wines. Brian and Stephanie, viticulturalists and wine makers, will share their love story for wine, food and one another. THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT.
