The San Luis Outdoor Painters for the Environment (S.L.O.P.E.) have been painting the iconic vista along California’s Highway 46 West. This inspired collection is on view and for sale to benefit the Land Conservancy of San Luis Obispo County’s campaign to preserve over 5,000 acres of this corridor for wildlife habitat and ranchland. Artists: Dennis Curry, Bruce Everett, Larry Kappen, Bernie Kurtz, Mark Mertens, Tracy Paz, Denise Schryver, Rosanne Seitz, Laurel Sherrie.
S.L.O.P.E. will exhibit approximately 30 paintings at Castoro Cellars Gallery which highlight the beauty and character of Highway 46 West, highlighting Spring views including views from private property owners who are supportive of the Land Conservancy project.
This exhibition includes original landscapes of CA’s stunning coastal ranchlands, with endless views of the 15-mile stretch of highway, also known as Green Valley Road, one of CA’s most beautiful drives. Enjoy a video preview: https://youtu.be/gE4BDnJOqKM
