What better way to welcome our favorite season than with a visit from the good folks that bring the SLO Downtown Farmers’ Market to us every Thursday night. Few of us can remember the days before the Thursday night Farmers’ Market was a focal point of downtown San Luis Obispo, but our guest speakers, Bettina Swigger and Whitney Chaney will tell us how it all came about. Join us Monday, June 10, 5:30-7:00 pm, at SLO Provisions, for a lively discussion and food for thought. Come early and enjoy a meal or glass of wine. $10 collected at the door.
